Gracie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and earned my MA degree in Psychology from Antioch University Seattle. She is doctoral pre-intern who provides psychotherapy and assessment services to individuals under the supervision of a licensed clinical psychologist. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in an integration of cognitive behavioral theory and humanism, utilizing skills from CBT, DBT, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches.
Gracie believes people are born with a tendency towards growth when given the proper conditions and that each individual is unique. She collaboratively structures therapy with clients and utilize a biopsychosocial approach to address their specific needs and goals. She is committed to providing a safe and accepting therapeutic environment that facilitates growth, insight, and change.
Gracie works with individuals (13+). She has experience working with adults, children, the LGBTQIA+ community, depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, among other concerns. She has a passion for working with clients struggling through difficulties of life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and ADHD and is trained in/provides Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
