Seth is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate is a provider at our Federal Way clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. He holds a Master of Arts in Psychology degree from Seattle University. He is working towards independent licensure under the supervision of Pam Hubbard, LMHC.

Seth currently works with clients aged 10+ to adulthood. He enjoys working with clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and helping them wherever they may be in their therapeutic journey. He approaches therapy from a humanistic perspective, with a focus on creating a safe and inclusive therapy space where clients can freely explore their concerns, needs and goals. He thinks that each individual is unique and that should be reflected in acknowledging the lived experiences and cultural backgrounds of every client.

Therapy is also a unique individual experience, which Seth thinks should be based on what works best to support each client. He utilizes a variety of techniques from different therapeutic modalities to achieve
this, including (but not limited to) Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, existential-phenomenological therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. Seth also encourages his clients to bring into the therapy space techniques, interventions and/or strategies have worked for them in the past and present so he can continue to learn how best to support you. In his free time, Seth enjoys writing, video games, singing, playing saxophone, and reading existentialist literature.
