Barbarann is a provider at our Federal Way clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. Barbarann has a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from Park University, Missouri. She also has a Master of Arts in Psychology-Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University, Arizona. She is an LMFTA in the State of Washington and completing her Doctorate in Philosophy-Marriage and Family Therapy at Northcentral University, California. As a prior military spouse, Barbarann has traveled and experienced many cultures, religions, and values of individuals from all walks of life. She has worked in various mental health settings: inpatient hospitalization, outpatient therapy programs, mental health rehabilitation services, and military service members and their families. In her practice setting, she works with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and relationship issues. Barbarann uses CBT, Bowen, Gottman, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy techniques. She believes that therapy is a collaborative partnership in which every session is geared toward making the patient the best and healthiest person they choose to be.
