I am a provider at our Redmond Medical Center clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. I am a person-centered therapist who uses motivational interviewing to help clients identify where they currently are and where they want to be so that I can help them construct the road to get there. I consider myself to be a nonclinical clinician in that I use pop-culture references and analogies to help convey concepts and teach coping skills.
