We believe in utilizing technology to make your life easier. We understand that busy schedules, lack of transportation, or mobility issues may make it difficult to get to in-person appointments, and we want to make it as accessible as possible to receive high quality mental health support.
With our telehealth functionality, you can access your appointments without having to leave home. Our providers are flexible, so you can utilize a mix of telehealth and in-person appointments throughout your mental health journey.

Connecting to your telehealth appointment

Our telehealth appointments are now taking place within our secure and convenient client portal.

If you have not set up your client portal:

  • Please follow the instructions in the Valant MYIO setup email you received. If you have not received this email, check your junk or spam email folder. Sometimes our invites accidentally end up there.
  • If you still do not have your invite please contact your provider directly.
    A unique, guest-access portal link will be sent to you from your mental health provider at the time of your appointment.
