Constance Stevenson, FFS

I am a provider at our Anderson Park clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. I received a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Walden University. My focus is providing counseling and therapeutic services to individuals aged 21+. As a multiculturally-oriented practitioner, I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life, focusing on serving individuals from culturally diverse backgrounds, underrepresented populations, and the Puget Sound community. My areas of expertise include abuse both past and present, adjustment issues, behavioral issues, trauma, mindfulness, depression, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, stress management, DBT and EMDR (EMDR is on an individual basis and not offered to everyone). I offer faith based counseling and non-faith-based counseling.

I am passionate about providing assistance to those experiencing mental health and providing opportunities to learn and understand their unique diagnosis, teach skills that allow clients to make progress, reach their goals and live life on their best terms available. You might be overcoming major life transitions, managing chronic conditions, or need someone to listen and walk beside you, let’s talk.
