It can be a daunting task to figure out who you are and how you fit into the world around you. Creating protected time to invest in yourself can help you with this task. Therapy is a space for you to reflect on what is needed to heal and grow into the person you are meant to be. Elizabeth works with individuals (10+) via telehealth services. She has experience working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity exploration. She has significant experience supporting BIPOC and veteran communities.

Elizabeth believes that individualized care should invoke the whole array of feelings and emotions for clients, empowering individuals to recognize the unidentified feelings and emotions that exist in their everyday lives. She envisions her work to support individuals leaning into these feelings and emotions to better understand themselves; and with that understanding to build a stronger connection with their mind and body. Elizabeth guides and encourages individuals to trust themselves in making those connections.

Elizabeth utilizes skills and techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and motivational interviewing, with a person-centered and strengths-based approach to her work. She completed her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Washington in 2020. She is licensed as a clinical social work associate in the state of Washington, under the supervision of Ari Gartin, LMHC and Dana Oatis, LICSW. Elizabeth has practiced in outpatient and inpatient settings in a variety of different roles allowing her to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who sought to address a wide variety of concerns.
