Julia is a provider at our Redmond Medical Center clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. Julia is a graduate student at Antioch University Seattle and is working towards her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is practicing under the supervision of Dr. Fred Wang, LMHC.

Julia approaches mental health from a humanistic perspective and is committed to helping people grow in confidence and comfortability within themselves, utilize their strengths, and seek alternatives to unhealthy and harmful patterns. She aims to collaborate with clients towards goals while providing a judgement-free, empathetic therapeutic environment.

Julia assists clients who are facing anxiety, social anxiety, depression, panic attacks, low self-esteem, and more. She recognizes that life can be overwhelming and isolating and views the counseling space as a place to process this and make steps towards growth and self-actualization.
