Annabelle earned a BA in Psychology from Georgetown University and graduated with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. She is currently a Mental Health Counseling Associate working towards independent licensure under the supervision of Gordon Zhang, MA, LMFT.

She provides individual and family therapy to children (6+), adolescents, and adults. Her specialties include working with children and adolescents, struggling parents, and individuals of any age processing or experiencing trauma. However, she enjoys working with a wide array of mental health concerns including attachment issues, emotional regulation, LGBTQIA+ issues, depression, anxiety, behavioral dysregulation, identity confusion, and much more.

Her therapeutic practice is grounded in Attachment and Psychodynamic Theory, though she prefers to integrate treatments and interventions from multiple therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-focused Therapy to create a personalized therapeutic experience to best meet the needs of each client.

Admitting we need help is not always easy. No matter our age, being vulnerable can be overwhelming, uncomfortable, and even sometimes scary. But that doesn’t mean you have to do it alone. Together, we can navigate and overcome whatever challenges you are facing. Annabelle’s top priority will always be creating a strong therapeutic alliance and making sure that her office is a space where you can feel safe, seen, heard, and understood. When she’s not in office, you can find her reading, enjoying the beauty of the PNW, and hiking with her dog, Rhubarb.
