Licensed Mental Heath Counselor Associate
I am a clinician at our Federal Way clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal client is someone who is seeking new tools and insights to better cope with the impact of past traumas. They may be navigating challenges related to addiction, mental health concerns, or both, and are ready to engage in meaningful therapeutic work. This client values the importance of a safe, trusting relationship with their therapist and comes to therapy with a willingness to explore, grow, and heal. They may not have all the answers, but they are open to learning and committed to taking steps toward a healthier, more empowered future.
I offer a compassionate, client-centered approach that honors each person’s unique journey. My work is grounded in a strength-based perspective, focusing on a client’s inherent resilience and capacity for change. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practice my goal is to create a safe space that supports healing and growth.
I want clients to know that I truly understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support, especially when you’ve been carrying pain or struggle for a long time. I bring not only clinical training but also genuine care and respect for your story. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and I work hard to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and not judged. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or have tried therapy before, I will meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and hope.
