Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate
I am a provider at our Edmonds clinic who provides therapy services!
I work with teens and adults (13+) who are searching for a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in their lives. Often, they face challenges around identity and direction, which may contribute to feelings of anxiety, depression, or restlessness. These individuals are looking for a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore parts of themselves they may not have had the opportunity to uncover elsewhere. Their ultimate goal is to feel empowered to build a life that is meaningful, authentic, and connected—a life that fosters fulfillment and a renewed sense of direction.
My approach is grounded in existential theory and guided by compassionate care. I utilize the techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and existential-phenomenological therapy to provide individually tailored treatment to each of my clients. I believe the therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool for growth, offering a place where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
As a former caregiver, I understand firsthand the stress and emotional weight that can come with caring for others. I am passionate about creating a safe space for those who are striving to find balance between caring for themselves and supporting the people they love.
Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. My goal is to be your unwavering support as you work toward clarity, peace, and the fulfilling life you deserve. Together, we can explore the path forward and uncover the deeper meaning you’re seeking.
