Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

Hello Everyone! My name is Jessica McNeely, and I am a graduate of The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. I earned my LMHCA in the mental health field and am working to become fully licensed over the next few years. I provide therapy services at our Bothell, WA clinic!

I provide a warm, accepting space for you to unload whatever is on your mind. I work with a broad range of adults, from the newly minted to the elderly.

I help to create a warm, accepting space of whoever you are and whatever you bring into our sessions. I specialize in walking alongside folks who were raised in a highly controlled environment, religious or otherwise, and are struggling to find themselves outside of that sphere. I utilize the arts, DBT therapy, and Internal Family Systems therapy.

It is not easy to walk into a professional space and tell a stranger what’s bothering you. I want to acknowledge your bravery in reaching out, I know it’s not easy. Our world is confusing as it is, and thank you for taking the first step towards integration.
