Our Seattle – Fremont, WA team is proud to offer a full suite of personalized mental health services, including therapy, psychiatry, and medication management. We offer in-person services as well as convenient telehealth options, and we are in network with most insurance plans.
Our clinical team includes licensed and associate therapists, board-certified psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinical support team members who provide services to children, adolescents, and adults.

If you’re driving from downtown Seattle, take Hwy 99 N and exit onto Bridge Way N, then turn left onto N 38th Street. Continue straight, then turn left onto Fremont Ave N. Turn right onto N 34th Street—our clinic is located on the right at 400 N 34th Street.
If you’re taking public transportation, take King County Metro Route 62 toward Sand Point. The closest stop is at Fremont Ave N & N 34th St, about a 5-minute walk from our clinic.
