Physician Assistant
I am a provider at our Redmond Medical Center clinic who offers psychiatry services!
My passion lies in supporting individuals who are carrying emotional pain—whether from trauma, depression, anxiety, burnout, or life transitions—and are searching for a calm, compassionate space to be truly heard. I welcome people from all walks of life, including professionals facing high stress or work-related exhaustion, veterans living with PTSD or grief, immigrants and refugees adapting to new environments, and those experiencing homelessness or social isolation.
Many of my clients have faced cultural transitions, displacement, or the invisible wounds of service and hardship. They may feel disconnected or uncertain about how to begin healing. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where every story is valued, and each person is met with genuine understanding and respect.
As both a US Army veteran and immigrant from Ukraine, I understand how overwhelming change and loss can be. These experiences allow me to connect deeply with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including Russian- and Ukrainian-speaking communities, offering empathy that comes from lived experience. I believe that healing begins with trust, and my goal is to help each person rediscover stability, confidence, and hope—at their own pace.
At LightHeart Mental Health, I provide collaborative, person-centered care that integrates evidence-based medication management with holistic support for emotional, physical, and relational well-being. It is an honor to walk alongside every individual on their journey toward healing, balance, and a renewed sense of purpose.
