Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I am a clinician at our Federal Way clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal client seeks greater self-awareness while processing trauma, managing burnout, exploring identity, or navigating life and relationship changes. They may feel weighed down by external pressures, guilt, or shame, struggling with challenges related to gender, spirituality, or relationships. Overwhelmed by emotions, triggers, or a sense of disconnection from past experiences—whether due to trauma, cultural conditioning, or systemic oppression—they may feel stuck in cycles of pain or unfulfilling relationships.
I provide a compassionate, culturally attuned space for healing and self-discovery. As a bilingual therapist, I connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they feel seen and understood. I specialize in supporting adults through life stressors, relational challenges, shame, multicultural issues, LGBTQ+ matters, life transitions, and trauma.
Using a trauma-informed, relational approach, I integrate evidence-based practices to help clients process trauma, manage anxiety, and break unhealthy patterns. Drawing from attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic awareness, I foster self-understanding and emotional resilience. My focus is on empowering those who have experienced trauma or relational wounds, helping them heal and regain a sense of strength and self-compassion.
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re facing a challenge or simply need space to grow, I’m here to listen and support you. Healing is more than just coping—it’s about transformation. Together, we can create space for growth, self-discovery, and lasting change. I’m here to help you break free and embrace a life grounded in resilience, self-compassion, and emotional stability.
