Hello, my name is Brian Smart, MD. I offer psychiatry services at our Bothell, WA clinic.

I am a psychiatrist with experience in general psychiatric disorders, eating disorders, substance use disorders, and psychotherapy. While I have mostly worked with adults, I have experience with teenaged patients. My approach to treatment integrates medication management, psychotherapy, and supportive lifestyle changes within a collaborative environment that encourages shared decision-making to promote wellness.

I am proficient in treating a wide variety of psychiatric disorders and dedicated to cultivating a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. I seek to educate and empower patients to help them make informed decisions that align with their personal circumstances and treatment goals.
