Physician Assistant

I am a Physician Assistant offering psychiatry services at our Northgate clinic! My goal is to foster a safe, inclusive environment where patients can be heard and supported every step of the way along their mental health journey. I am passionate about improving mental health through providing compassionate, patient-centered healthcare that incorporates healthy lifestyle modifications, medication management, and coping strategies to promote full mind and body health and wellness.

I believe in the power of empathetic listening, respect, and shared decision-making in the management of psychiatric conditions like anxiety, depression, OCD and PTSD. I take an evidence-based, holistic approach to mental health which includes pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies to treat the whole person.

It takes bravery to reflect, to reach out, to ask for help. I hope to create a space focused on mutual respect and compassion to help you meet your goals. I am here to see you, to support you, and to work with you on your mental health journey.
