Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Victoria is a provider at our Anderson Park clinic who provides therapy services via telehealth. She received her BA in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Johns Hopkins University School of Education. She has a background working in higher levels of care and community mental health.
Victoria works with clients 17 and older and specializes in working with eating disorders, disordered eating behaviors, and body image distress. She works with people of any gender or sexual orientation and has much experience working with LGBTQIA+ adolescents, young adults, and adults. Additionally, she enjoys working with individuals who may be experiencing troubles with anxiety, depression, obsessive or compulsive thoughts or behaviors, emotional regulation, self-identity struggles, and more.
Victoria’s therapeutic practice is based on an eclectic model that encompasses elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness to allow for an individualized experience for each client.
