Polly has been our invaluable and tireless manager of all things billing and insurance related since 2014. She provides timely and reliable insurance benefits verification for new clients and works closely with insurance companies to ensure clients receive the coverage and benefits to which they are entitled. Polly also works closely with insurance providers and LightHeart therapists to keep LightHeart’s insurance credentialing and contracting current.

Polly supports the delivery of therapy services seamlessly through timely insurance claims and reconciliation of explanations of benefits and insurance remittances. Polly also overseas the management of client accounts and appropriate billing practices. She is available to answer clients’ questions about insurance benefits or billing matters and is able to provide detailed account statements upon client request.
