My ideal client may be a female 18-35 years old, struggling with anxiety, PTSD, self-identity, life changes, or grief. Due to her triggers, she struggles with impulse control, decision making, and sensory issues. She is looking for direction and coping skills because she feels she is hindering herself from her fullest potential based on recent actions. Her main goal of therapy is to find out who she is and what direction she wants to go in life. Her second goal is to find out why she thinks the way she does and makes the decisions that she makes.

My specialty is helping people get out of their heads and into their potential. I will use CBT and DBT therapy to reframe thoughts and behaviors, create a safe space, and create a habit of mindfulness training for the client so that she is able to remove the negative self-talk and be left with the positivity she needs to thrive in her life.

I have been trained in traditional and community health since I was a child. I find pleasure and joy in helping people reach their goals and become the best versions of themselves in a positive and natural way. I stick by this quote by Dr. Candice Cox, “Who am I to judge you because you struggle differently than I do?”. I foster an environment of non-judgment and safety. We will have fun, laugh, and joke, but also get into those serious emotions in a positive way.
