Social Worker Associate – Independent Clinical Licensed

I am a clinician at our Federal Way clinic who provides therapy services!
As a therapist, I am passionate about working with children and families as well as adolescents and adults in their journey towards healing. I strive to create a warm and accepting environment focused on client-centered values. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaboration.
I received my MSW from Loyola University Chicago with an emphasis in clinical practice working with children and families. Drawing from my extensive experience working as a school therapist, I am equipped to navigate the many challenges children and adolescents face today.
Additionally, I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with anxiety and depression, life transitions, and have a particular interest in perinatal mental health and women’s issues. I pull from evidenced based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and creative and play based therapy models.
Reaching out is a huge first step. I value the therapeutic process and aim to provide a safe space for exploration, personal growth and healing. I would be honored to support you in your journey towards wellness and I look forward to collaborating with you on achieving your goals for therapy.
