Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
I am a provider at our Redmond Medical Center clinic who offers psychiatric services!
My ideal client is anyone who is ready—or simply willing—to take a step toward a healthier, more balanced life. I welcome individuals of all ages and backgrounds who are facing a wide range of behavioral health challenges. This may include mood disorders such as depression or bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, substance use, cognitive changes, or thought disorders. Some may be in the middle of an acute crisis, while others are managing long-term conditions that require ongoing support. Regardless of where someone is in their mental health journey, they are deserving of care that is both compassionate and effective.
My ideal client isn’t defined by a specific diagnosis or background—they’re defined by their willingness to show up, however they are, and to engage in the process of healing. They may feel uncertain, discouraged, or overwhelmed, and that’s okay. What matters most is their openness to working together toward something better.
My role is not just to manage symptoms, but to help you reclaim a sense of hope, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more stable, meaningful, and aligned with who you are. I take that role seriously, and I consider it a privilege to be part of your care.
If you’re looking for a provider who will take the time to listen, who is committed to offering individualized, evidence-based treatment, and who will walk alongside you as a true partner in your mental health journey—I would be honored to work with you.
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for individuals across the lifespan. I work with clients experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use, cognitive changes, and complex medical-psychiatric conditions.
With experience in inpatient psychiatry, substance use treatment, dementia care, and medical-psychiatric settings, I take a whole-person, collaborative approach. I believe mental health care should be personalized, respectful, and grounded in trust.
I offer:
Psychiatric evaluations
Medication management
Education and support around diagnosis and treatment
Collaboration with your care team
My goal is to help you feel understood and supported while we work together to create a treatment plan that fits your needs and goals. Whether you’re facing a new challenge or managing a chronic condition, you’re not alone—and meaningful change is possible.
If you’re ready to take the next step, or even just exploring your options, I’m here to help.
I bring years of hands-on experience working as a nurse in both psychiatric and medical-psychiatric units, where I cared for individuals facing a wide range of mental health and medical challenges. That experience has shaped how I approach care: with empathy, clinical expertise, and a deep respect for each person’s individual story.
Over the years, I’ve worked with people in moments of crisis and in long-term recovery. I’ve volunteered on crisis helplines, supporting individuals in their most vulnerable moments. I’ve worked with children and adolescents in crisis, elderly individuals living with dementia, and women navigating substance use recovery. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, nonjudgmental support, and the power of simply being present with someone as they work toward change.
I am committed to using the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices, while also understanding that effective care means seeing and supporting the whole person. You can expect to be heard, respected, and involved in every decision about your treatment.
Mental health is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Whether you’re taking the first step or returning to care after some time away, know that you’re not alone—and that healing is possible. I’m here to support you with knowledge, compassion, and a genuine commitment to your well-being.
