I am the Clinic Director at our Seattle clinic. I practice integrative, evidence-based therapy. I am trained in different models of therapy practice including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Lifespan Integration (LI), and Seeking Safety (SS). My professional background includes working in various inpatient, outpatient, and supported living settings. I conduct assessments, create treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams, provide resources, and support patients and their families through decision-making, crisis, conflicts, grief, and loss issues. My experience as a social worker has equipped me to work with individuals with a wide range of challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and codependency. While substance use may not be the sole focus of our sessions together, if it is something that is taking a toll on your life, please know that I welcome this in our practice. It may take three to five sessions to determine whether there is a good “fit” for therapy. Once known, a course of treatment will be decided.
