Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
Hello, I’m Lili! I am a licensed therapist at our Fremont clinic who specializes in working with individuals, families, and relationships. I am trained in systems thinking, meaning that when I work with people, I keep in mind all the relational contexts that accompany them in their beautiful complexities. With a background in trauma-informed care, I offer many skills in regulating big emotions, bodily awareness, and promoting safety/security. To me, therapy is a space that can allow people to find dignity within their own experience. I love working with people post-partum, identity/gender work, survivors of domestic violence, and neurodiversity.
My style of counseling is warm, often humorous, strengths-based, and collaborative. I ground my work with identity-affirming and social justice lenses. I am always open to broaching difficult conversations and will do so mindfully in ways that feel empowering to you. Together, we can work towards better self-understanding and building your community.
Before my career as a therapist, I worked with individuals with disabilities, creating social groups and specializing in adaptive adventure sports. In my free time, I play volleyball and kickball, cold plunge, and snuggle with my sweet cat, Tetrazzini. I look forward to walking alongside you and/or your family on a path towards wellness.
