I am the Clinic Director at our Northgate clinic who also provides therapy services!

Thank you for viewing my profile and for your consideration in entrusting me with your heart and mind. Seeking therapy takes courage and the willingness to challenge yourself. I am here to support and honor your journey to a fulfilling life. I practice integrative, evidence-based therapy including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I have practiced in a variety of setting including school, private practice, and the VA. My experience including working with children, parents, young adults, and mature adults.

My experience as a social worker has equipped me to work with individuals with a wide range of challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, school related issues, and parenting concerns. I believe the therapeutic relationship is built on trust, empathy, clear boundaries, and a mutual respect.

I have been described as compassionate, kind, and easy to connect with. My goal is to develop client centered treatment goals, provide suggestions, therapeutic tools, and education to support the whole person. For me, it is an honor to be a part of your journey.
