Mental Health Counselor
The ideal client is someone who is a good fit for the therapy services, values, and has an open mind, open approach to therapy. My ideal client will feel comfortable working with me as a their therapist. The client will be open to change and growth. Client’s have a variety of goals and needs. No client is a one size fits, as far as issues, needs and goals. Therapy is individualized to each client, as I meet clients were they are.
I can help by providing a safe space to allow the client to feel heard and supported. I specialize in CBT, motivational interviewing, life skills coaching, solution focused and problem solving skills/tools and strategies for change and growth.
I provide a safe and empathy and understanding space for openness, self-reflection, in order to feel heard, listen to and supported. My commitment is to growth, along with a sense of humor and gratitude. My goal is to build self esteem, self-worth and resilience with clients.
