I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who are ready to explore their inner world, build stronger connections with others, and turn their hopes for change into real-life progress. I recognize that change is hard work, but aspiring to do things differently despite challenges is the first step toward a fulfilling and meaningful life. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, my goal is to help you find your path forward. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University and specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have experience supporting clients with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and parenting concerns.

My approach is rooted in creating a warm, nonjudgmental, and welcoming space where you feel safe to explore your experiences. This is a collaborative process where we work together to understand what is best for you and equip you with the skills and tools you need to overcome challenges, find clarity, and ultimately build a meaningful and fulfilling life.
