Inna McLoughlin, PA-C

Physician Assistant

I am a provider at our Fremont clinic who offers psychiatry services!

My ideal client is someone who is carrying emotional pain—whether from trauma, depression, anxiety, or life transitions—and is searching for a safe and calm space to be heard and supported. This includes veterans struggling with PTSD, depression, or grief after service; as well as immigrants and refugees who may be coping with loss, cultural displacement, and the psychological effects of forced migration.

These individuals often feel isolated or overwhelmed and may have difficulty trusting others or accessing care that truly understands their background. What they need most is a compassionate, judgment-free environment where they can share their story at their own pace, rebuild a sense of control and safety, and begin to heal. Their goals might include emotional stability, reconnection with themselves and others, and building hope for the future.

I help by offering a safe, supportive space where people feel genuinely heard and accepted. While I may not have a formal mental health specialty, I bring compassion, calm presence, and a deep respect for each person’s story. I listen without judgment, meet people where they are emotionally, and help them feel less alone in what they’re going through.

My strength lies in building trust and connection, which creates a foundation for healing. Whether someone is dealing with trauma, depression, or simply needs someone to talk to, I strive to be a consistent, caring presence in their journey.

I want you to know that I am a very kind and understanding person. I never judge, and I feel deeply honored to serve people during their most vulnerable times. As a veteran, single mother, and immigrant with no support when I arrived, I understand hardship on many levels.

Because of these experiences, my heart goes out to those in need. It’s truly my honor to walk beside them with compassion, to listen, and to support them in any way I can.
