Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

I work with adults and older teens struggling with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, as well as a variety of life stressors and transitions. I help clients identify their goals and build skills that support growth and healing.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and trauma-informed. I integrate therapeutic practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and problem-solving therapy into my practice.

I have experience working in a variety of healthcare settings including community mental health and the emergency department.

I understand that starting therapy is courageous and vulnerable and I look forward to joining clients in the therapeutic process. I value the self-determination of each individual and believe that every client is the expert of their own story. As a therapist, I aim to help clients increase self-understanding and work towards healing.
