Licensed Social Work Associate & Independent Clinical
I am a clinician at our Northgate clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal clients are kids, teens, and young adults navigating big emotions, depression, anxiety, trauma, identity-related concerns, or adjustment challenges like family transitions or school stress. Many are neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or part of the LGBTQ+ community. They may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to talk about what they’re going through. What they want most is to feel safe, seen, and supported and to have someone who respects who they are and creates space for their full self. Their goals might include feeling more in control of their emotions, building confidence, improving relationships, or just having a space where they can be themselves without fear or judgement.
I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence (like ADHD or autism), identity exploration, and adjustment challenges such as school transitions, family changes, or social stress. I offer a supportive space where young people can feel seen, accepted, and empowered to express themselves in ways that feel right for them. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I focus on what’s already working and build from there, helping clients connect with their natural resilience, creativity, and what makes them unique. For younger children, I use Child-Centered Play Therapy, which allows them to process through play rather than just words. My work is LGBTQ+ affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and always tailored to meet clients where they are.
I want clients (and their caregivers) to know that therapy with me is about creating a space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are. I know how hard it can be to trust someone new, especially when things feel overwhelming or vulnerable. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity, stress, or just trying to make sense of a hard period in life, you don’t have to do it alone. I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for every young person I work with. I believe my role is to walk alongside clients. Not as the expert on their lives, but as a supportive partner in their process.
