Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

I am a provider at our Federal Way clinic who offers psychiatric services!

Each person carries with them a living story shaped by experience, emotion, and meaning. I seek to honor that narrative with clinical insight, compassion, and curiosity while exploring integrative, client-driven treatment options.

I treat a broad range of symptoms associated with mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, psychotic disorders, OCD, substance use, and ADHD throughout the lifespan.

My approach is focused on the needs of the whole person without ever reducing them to diagnostic labels. I offer medication management, motivational interviewing, and alternative therapies that aim to be empowering, meaningful, and culturally relevant while collaborating with a team of dedicated specialists.

I welcome clients of all backgrounds, am LGBTQIA+ friendly, and as a U.S. Army veteran, I have a common thread with the veterans in our community.
