I am a clinician at our Federal Way clinic who provides therapy services!

As a counselor, it is my goal to provide a safe space to those who walk through my door and help them navigate the problems life throws their way. I want to support you on your journey to becoming the person you want to be. I have worked with adolescents and adults on issues relating to addiction, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationships, and LGBTQ+ identity. I have a passion for working with those who are struggling with all different facets of their identity.

I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, and I tailor my approach to what my clients are most comfortable with. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions.

My primary goal as a counselor is to create a safe space and a place to be heard for anyone who walks through my door and help guide them to the best version of themselves they want to be.
