Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I offer therapy services at our Fremont clinic. As a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), I specialize in helping clients build lives and relationships rooted in joy and hope. My background and training are in relationship therapy as well significant experience in sexuality. I see adults and children and families and work with queer, heterosexual, gay, transgender, lesbian, and asexual humans. I am LGBTIQA and poly friendly and knowledgeable. I see individual, couples, and families for a myriad of relational issues to find fulfillment and to heal.

I specialize in working with distressed relationships, life transitions. human development, family adjustment, often including sexuality and also interpersonal trauma occurring within those relationships. I integrate attachment theory and am grounded in experiential thinkers of family therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Gottman’s relationship research.

My work has ranged from community mental health, to partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient settings, to private practice. Wherever you are on your journey, I work with you to find fulfillment, joy, and hope. I look forward to meeting you there.
