Hello! I’m Anders Vitin. I provide therapy services at our Redmond Medical Center clinic.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) with extensive experience providing trauma-informed behavioural health services, I am committed to helping individuals overcome life’s challenges while promoting resilience, recovery, and emotional well-being.
My approaches are Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Effective treatment begins with a collaborative relationship built on trust, respect, and compassion. I have extensive experience developing Individual Service Plans that reflect each client’s needs and are informed through collaboration with clients, and other providers.
I have worked with diverse populations experiencing serious mental illness, trauma mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and homelessness. My experience includes conducting mental health assessments, crisis intervention, individual counselling, case management, treatment planning, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care.
