I am a clinician at our Redmond Medical Center clinic who provides therapy services!

An ideal patient is an adolescent who is dealing with family divorce. They may be experiencing anxiety, depression, developmental delays, isolation, etc.. their needs and goals partake in wanting someone to fully listen and hear them out while also assisting with triggers while extending coping skills to not let the effects at home affect their outside life. Goal setting would exemplify manageable preparation to enhance better skills they can carry throughout their day.

We will gather during sessions and note the importance that this is a personal matter(strictly confidential), as well as a comfortable space for them.
