My ideal clients are people seeking to find themselves. They may be exploring identity, relationships, and just who they are as a person. They may face self-esteem challenges, anxiety, or family conflict. Their goals are to feel more authentic, compassionate toward themselves, and confident in moving through life.
I specialize in Internal Family Systems, helping clients connect with their inner parts and discover self-leadership. I also draw on ACT to support values-based change. I work with LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse clients, and those navigating relational dynamics/ I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for people who show up as exactly who they are
I believe every person already has what they need inside. Therapy can help organize and strengthen those tools. My style is warm, curious, and nonjudgmental, grounded in an anti-oppression lens. I would be honored to walk with you as you discover your strengths and create a life that feels fully your own.
