Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate
I am a clinician at our Federal Way clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal client is an adult navigating a life transition or internal shift—whether it’s a relationship change, career burnout, identity exploration, past trauma, or just the weight of constantly trying to hold it all together. They’re often high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally disconnected. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, distress from OCD symptoms, ADHD-related challenges, or unresolved attachment wounds. They may be neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, or part of kink communities—and they need a space where those identities are respected and supported without judgment.
What they want is clarity, relief, and self-trust. They’re looking for more than symptom management—they want to better understand themselves, set meaningful boundaries, communicate more openly, and feel more grounded in who they are. They’re tired of shrinking, performing, or endlessly accommodating others. They want a life that feels intentional and aligned—not just survivable.
My clients may not always know exactly how to begin, but they’re ready for change. They value a therapy space that feels human, collaborative, affirming, and honest. Together, we work toward helping them reclaim their voice, reconnect with their values, and move through life with more confidence, ease, and authenticity.
I help adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected come home to themselves. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, struggling with anxiety or OCD, managing ADHD symptoms, working through relationship patterns, or exploring identity—I offer a space where you don’t have to shrink, mask, or explain the parts of you that have always felt “too much” or “not enough.”
My work is humanistic, strength-based, and grounded in real-life application. I draw from evidence-based approaches like motivational interviewing, CBT, ACT, DBT, and exposure work—while keeping the focus on you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or checklist of symptoms. I support clients in building healthier boundaries, communicating more clearly, managing distress, and developing deeper self-trust. I’m also sex-positive, kink-aligned, LGBTQ+ affirming, and neurodivergent-friendly.
I offer individual therapy sessions that are practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more in control of your story—rather than at the mercy of it. Together, we work toward making life feel less like something you have to endure and more like something you get to shape.
I know how hard it can be to ask for help—especially when you’ve spent so much of your life being the strong one, the fixer, the person others rely on. I’m not here to judge or give you a list of things to “fix.” I’m here to hold space for your story, to walk alongside you, and to help you reconnect with your own wisdom. Therapy with me isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up as you are, mess and all, and knowing that’s enough. I truly believe healing happens in the context of safe, genuine relationships, and I work hard to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and respected. If you’re feeling unsure, that’s okay. Reach out anyway—we’ll figure it out together.
