I am a LICSWA, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate at our Northgate clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth.

My ideal client is an adolescent or young adult facing personal, academic, or professional challenges. They need support to manage their mental and emotional health, improve communication, and develop healthy coping skills. They often struggle with building or maintaining positive interpersonal relationships. But despite these challenges, they are motivated to understand and work through their mental health struggles to create a healthier and more fulfilling life.

My expertise lies in assisting adolescents and young adults facing diverse life challenges. I offer a non-judgmental space for you to explore your mental and emotional health, interpersonal relationship conflicts, and past traumatic experiences.

My goal is to support you in navigating your journey towards emotional well-being and personal growth.
