We’re thrilled to share some exciting news with you. LightHeart Associates is now LightHeart Mental Health! This new name reflects our dedication to making high-quality mental health care accessible to everyone in our communities. While our name has changed, our commitment to providing compassionate care remains as strong as ever. 

As part of our mission to continually improve your experience, we’ve made several enhancements based on the valuable feedback we’ve received from clients like you. 

Improvements we Have Made 

  • Simplified Communication: 
    Our use of the Valant MYIO portal offers a seamless way to manage appointments, send messages to providers, and update your information in just a few clicks. 
  • Enhanced Training and Collaboration: 
    We’ve added new training opportunities and team collaboration initiatives to ensure that our mental health providers are equipped to provide clinically excellent care to our clients. 
  • Expanded Psychiatric Care Team: 
    We’ve added more team members to our prescriber support team to ensure that clients who are receiving medications have more resources to support their needs. 
  • Expanding Access to Care in our Region: 
    To better serve our neighbors, we’re excited to announce two new locations opening later this year in Bothell and Fremont. 
  • Clearer Billing Policies & Enhanced Resources 
    We’ve updated our billing policies, resources, and procedures to make co-pay charges easier to understand. This includes monthly billing statements sent through the mail and extended billing call center hours.

While our name and some tools are evolving, we remain committed to providing you with high-quality mental health care.  Your care team, appointments, and the personalized support you rely on remain unchanged.

Why are you changing your name?

We have made this change to represent our commitment to improve access to quality mental health care in the communities in which we serve.

Over the next few months, you will begin to see our new name on our paperwork, billing statements, website, and more. 

It is important to note that this change will not affect the care you receive in any way. There will be no changes to providers or your care team because of the name change.
