Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

Hello! I’m Aliyah Neupane, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate who provides therapy services at our Seattle Fremont clinic. I am dedicated to creating safe, affirming spaces for underserved and marginalized communities, with a special focus on children and adolescents, while also supporting adults seeking growth and healing. My approach is solution-focused and skill-based, grounded in self-compassion, forgiveness, and restoration. I help clients create meaning, build resilience, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we will honor your story, center your needs, and work toward lasting, meaningful change.

I provide a flexible, client-centered approach to therapy across all ages. With children, I use play to safely express emotions and build skills. With adolescents, I focus on identity, resilience, and coping. With adults, I use narrative and solution-focused therapy, prioritizing self-compassion and growth.
