I am a clinician at our Edmonds, WA clinic who provides therapy services!

I support individuals aged 6 and older, families, and couples in their unique life struggles. I have a passion for healing trauma and childhood wounds, as well as helping to overcome current barriers to mental health wellness. Navigating the loss of a loved one, whether a treasured pet or a family member, facing relationship challenges, or simply needing someone to listen, can be overwhelming. My holistic approach honors the grieving process, caregiver fatigue, and the bond between humans and animals. I aim to provide support in a way that feels safe and welcoming to all.
I have dedicated eleven years to social services, engaging in family support, advocacy, case management, substance use disorders, child welfare, and administration. Throughout my journey, I have been fortunate to work with individuals of all ages, particularly pregnant women, infants, children, youth, and young adults.

I value an integrative approach that respects each client’s unique narrative, experiences, and specific needs. I recognize the many hills, valleys, and complexities involved in the healing journey. While this process can be complex and painful, it can also be transformative, life-altering, and beautiful. I am here to support you as you embark on your unique journey and witness your process of discovering hope, healing, and recovery.
My therapeutic approach is both strengths-based and attachment-based, emphasizing psychodynamic education, Internal Family Systems, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). I incorporate nature, somatics, mindfulness, art, and music into our work together to help you discover what is meaningful for your therapeutic journey. Through a systems and trauma-informed lens, I am committed to my work. I also believe in utilizing humor and the power of laughter as tools for healing and connection.

During my free time, I cherish moments spent with my partner of seven years and our Goldendoodle, Brutus. We enjoy family trips and hikes, relishing our adventures in the forest or by the beach. I have a passion for painting and engaging in projects that allow me to express my creativity. I treasure spending time with my family in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. My partner and I also share a love for travel, as we actively work towards visiting all 50 states. I embrace my unique neurodiversity and queerness on my journey towards wellness for my wonderfully unique body.
