I am a clinician at our Federal Way clinic who provides therapy services!

My ideal clients are ages 12 years and up and have an eagerness to engage, be honest, show motivation in the healing process, be open to feedback, a have a commitment to growth and enjoy humor when applicable. My clients issues can range from anxiety to schizophrenia disorders. We as a team will work on their needs by using evidence-based practices and compassion to assist in the therapeutic process. Clients have weekly goals based on their needs and a self care plan to conduct when time allows before their next session.

My specialties are CBT, I-CBT, Talk therapy, Grief and Loss therapy, ADHD Therapy, and helping people with PTSD concerns. I have worked with various diagnoses from anxiety, autism, bipolar I & II, borderline line personality disorder, co-occurring, major depressive disorder, and IDD in children.

Little about me. I am a Veteran, married with 4 adult children. I enjoy making art, learning about behavioral analysis and learning new skills to be a better help my clients and myself in becoming better people. I am eager to meet and work with you on your path to wellness.
