Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

I am a clinician at our Northgate clinic who provides therapy services!

My ideal client is a child, adolescent, or young adult who is struggling with anxiety or depression. They are seeking a safe and supportive space to grow, learn more about themselves, and develop new skills to help them cope with life’s challenges.

I was trained in psychodynamic methods and enjoy using those techniques, but I also connect with the humanistic lens first. I look at the individual as a whole, their needs, their wants, and how they can better support themselves through conflicts and moments of ambiguity.

I am a young counselor who is also learning and growing to expand my knowledge and develop new ways to provide support. I enjoy getting to know the individual first and creating a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust. I hope to expand my knowledge in areas of neuroscience, mindfulness, and somatic therapies that create a better connection between the mind and body.
