Will (He/Him) is a clinician at the Redmond office who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth.. His approach to therapy is collaborative, holding the belief that the client is the expert of their own experience. He supports his clients in reconnecting with their natural ability to be resilient through the difficult experiences they have encountered in their lives. He is dedicated to supporting his clients on their path to wellness and understands that emotional vulnerability can be difficult.
Will prioritizes respecting cultural and identity differences and welcomes clients into a judgment free space. He believes it is important to be an ally to individuals that have experienced marginalization and oppression and is working to broaden his cultural competency through consultation with others and personal education. He supports individual clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, crisis, relationship, coping, and stress management. Will provides a safe, confidential space in which clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, challenges, and work on their goals towards healing and connectedness.
Will draws from Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and expressive arts in his work with clients, and utilizes different approaches given the client’s needs. Ultimately, Will meets his clients where they are in their process and validates the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects that contribute to their current functioning. He is here to walk alongside his clients to achieve their goals and desires and is honored to work with individuals in their endeavor towards wellness. Will completed his undergraduate in psychology and Master’s of counseling at East Texas Baptist University in Texas. He is passionate about all living beings and desires a world that is fair for everyone. In his free time, he enjoys hiking. working out, playing pool, swimming and hanging out with friends.
