Hi there! I am Meghan, the Clinic Director of our Fremont clinic.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington. I have extensive experience working with children, adults, and families of all walks of life with a passion working with neurodivergent individuals navigating the complexities of the world. The individuals and families I work with experience daily struggles related to C-PTSD, Attention/Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), dissociative disorders, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders. We will work towards processing life experiences while gaining skills, knowledge, and self-understanding along the way.

I use a transparent, eclectic, research-backed approach to mental health care. I prioritize your individuality and autonomy above all else, and tailor my approach to your unique personality, communication style, perspective, and learning needs. You are unique and your mental health care should be too.
