I am a clinician at our Anderson Park, Redmond providing psychotherapy services to adolescents and adults.

Do you feel overwhelmed by missed deadlines, struggle with time management, or find it difficult to regulate anger or strong emotions? These challenges can impact personal growth, relationships, and progress toward important goals, such as completing a course or advancing in your career. You do not have to navigate these difficulties alone.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) who provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients. My clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside psychodynamic approaches that explore early life experiences and relational patterns. I also incorporate EMDR-based techniques and progressive relaxation practices to support trauma processing, emotional regulation, and reduction of physiological distress. I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity-related stress, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

My work is collaborative and individualized, supporting clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. This may include addressing challenges related to focus and organization, emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, or navigating periods of transition. I aim to meet clients where they are and work at a pace that feels supportive and manageable, with a focus on building insight, confidence, and practical tools that can be applied in daily life.

I provide therapy in English and Hindi and have an understanding of Punjabi, allowing me to better serve clients from diverse cultural and linguistic communities. I am also proud to practice under the clinical supervision of Dr. Frederick Wang, PsyD, LMHC, ensuring ongoing guidance, ethical practice, and high clinical standards.

If you are seeking a therapist who offers empathy, structure, and collaborative support toward meaningful and sustainable change, I would be glad to work with you 🙂
