Regional Outreach Manager

Jeff Hicks is the Regional Outreach Manager for Washington State tasked with creating partnerships for LightHeart Associates and representing our clinics within the communities we serve. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Jeff previously spent 15 years in the tech sector in sales and presentation roles working for companies such as Gartner and Microsoft until shifting his focus and energies to supporting others as a mental health advocate.

Jeff has been a volunteer for the “In Our Own Voice” anti-stigma campaign run by the National Alliance on Mental Illness since 2013. In this capacity he speaks to schools, law enforcement, and medical professionals about his lived experience with bipolar disorder, a journey from diagnosis thru recovery and beyond. In addition to this work, Jeff is an award-winning and gallery-featured photographer. He has lived in and loved Seattle for 20 years.
