Master of Social Work
I am a clinical social worker at our Reston, VA clinic with a Master of Social Work (MSW) dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and respect. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, young adults, families, women, and immigrant communities in outpatient settings. I recognize that every person’s story is unique, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My approach is holistic and grounded in the person-in-environment perspective. I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and also have a special interest in exploring spirituality, faith, identity, and cultural or ethnic belonging as part of healing and growth.
