Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Hello there! My name is Tuathal Le and I’m a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at our Federal Way clinic. I have experience working in both outpatient and inpatient psychiatry. Working with children to older adults have geared me towards providing high quality mental healthcare across the life span. I’m culturally competent and strive to provide an effective therapeutic relationship with you from the time of initial contact to follow-up appointments. I strive to tailor specific and individualized treatment plans, based on a holistic and evidence-based approach.

Together, we will have a safe space where you can express your mental health needs and partnership to institute the most evidence-based treatment modality(s). My specialty is medication management, talk therapy, group therapy, and motivational interviewing.

I believe that feeling heard and being listened to is one of the most important factor for an effective provider-patient relationship. I will participate in active listening while in your presence and seek clarification when needed.
