Samantha Conley, MA

Mental Health Counselor

I’m a therapist with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field, including case management, crisis support, group therapy, and individual counseling.

I offer therapy services at our Fremont clinic. I work with teens and adults and have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, grief, life transitions, DV victims, caregiver abuse, chronic illness, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, relational, and compassionate, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as your authentic self.

I help clients better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, improve relationships, and move through difficult seasons with support and insight. I especially enjoy working with self esteem, emotional regulation, eating disorders, grief and loss, trauma, and identity or life transition concerns. I tailor my approach to each individual’s needs.

I believe healing happens best in a space where you feel genuinely cared for and not judged. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, empowered, and supported while working toward meaningful growth and change. I value authenticity, compassion, humor, and connection in the therapy process, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey!
